The Answer :

I get many benefits of Blogging for learning English. Well, I start blogging about 2 yearsa go at 2008. I know Blogging from my friend names Dini. First, I use Blogging just for a diary and sharing with my friends in virtual world, and then I know, from blogging I get many more of communication and information. Many of Blogger make Blogs with some reason, just for sharing, showing their ideas, and learning, even find money. In fact, I really sure that many kind of information I got, include learning English.All about learning English can we get from Blogging because everyone may have Blogs and everyone may sharing their ideas in Blogging and many of Blogger use their Blogs for sharing Learning especially we can find Blogs that can help us in L earning English. Just remember, Internet makes world without space, whatever we want we can get from it easier, include in Learning English from Blogging.

1. Many sources of Learning English Materials from Blogging
This is the first benefit that I thing we can got from blogging. In fact, internet is cheap and easy to access know. For that reasons,teaching and learning is easier to share with others. What do you do if you have a home work or an assignment from your teacher or lecturer? Where can you find the answer easier? Well, I and you know the answer, yes it is from internet. Especially from Blogs, many of Blogger want to share their learning in virtual world. From Blogging there are many Blogs you can find to help you in learning English. 2. Many new Information (knowledge) about learning English from Blogging
Many kind of new information (knowledge; speaking,listening, reading, writing) we can get from internet. For the simple example is vocabulary. Everyone knows that when they start to blogging in learning English,they will have something new input about it. From zero to hero, from nothing become something, from don’t know become know. You have an assignment and you don’t know the answer then you find from blogs and you make it, have you ever thought that you have something new in your brain when you did it. Yeah, that’s all from blogging. Just walking blog to blog especially about English we will get many of sources material. There is a lot of new knowledge there about English. How blogging make us easier in learning, it’s really help us to see the learning widely.

3. Having discussion of Learning English out of class
Blog make us easier to share about learning English out of class. Well, that’s not enough to learn our subject at school or college just 2 hours every day. With blogging student can have many others discussion in sharing and learning English. The easy example like what we have done in ICT class, Mr. Uray asks us to make some blog with clear purposes. From that every student can have communicate and discussion after class. With Blogging everything of learning English is easier. This is important to make student learning outside the English formal class anytime and anywhere student can continue their discussion about learning English after class.

4. Media of Promotion Learning English
Everyone can share their ideas in their blog. This is one of the ways to promote what we want to show. Many people outside have ability in English and of course they want to share their knowledge to others. With Blogging, we can make something which is needed by many people. For example, I interest in IT and I want to make a blog which is containing of Technology information in English then I start to post it into my blog. From this I use blog as a media to promote what I have wanted to show. So, everyone will have chance in connecting to me. From this, I can learn more about English from others Blogger in all over the world
5. Make student learning English writing process
Well, what will you do with your blog? Of course for write something. Maybe this is a simple thing but it is good in training our writing process. Unbelievable, when we write some article in English daily, we will have more skill in writing English. This is making student learn writing easier, because they will write whatever they like. To learn writing is better start from write whatever we like. In Blog we can write anything that we want to share to others of course in English. If we have difficulties in writing, we can start to blogging. That will make us better in writing because we are trained to write in English and we will try to write a god one in order to make anyone who look our blog will be satisfied and interest.
I think that’s all of benefit that I have from blogging. From all of the answer the most important are communication and information. Many more of learning English we can get from Blogs. In ways of chatting, comment, posting, blog walking, video,link all of that we can do in Blog. Everything will be easier if we want to try hard in learning English because many media will support us to do it,especially from BLOG.

The gadget effectively turns your arm into a touchscreen surface by picking up various ultra-low sounds produced when you tap different areas.

Different skin locations are acoustically distinct because of bone density and the filtering effect from soft tissues and joints. The team then used software that matched sound frequencies to specific skin locations.

If the prototype isn't resting on the arm, it uses wireless technology like Bluetooth to transmit the commands to the device being controlled, such as a phone, iPod, or computer.

Writing in a paper for Microsoft Research, Chris Harrison, Desney Tan and Dan Morris, said: 'Our skin has been overlooked as an input canvas and is one that happens to always travel with us.

'Furthermore, proprioception - our sense of how our body is configured in three-dimensional space - allows us to accurately interact with our bodies in an eyes-free manner.

'We can readily flick each of our fingers, touch the tip of our nose, and clap our hands together without visual assistance.'

The sensor picks up two two types of acoustic signals - transverse waves created by the rippling of skin as it's tapped and longitudinal waves that travel through the soft tissue of the arm and excite the bone.

Currently, the acoustic detector can detect five skin locations with an accuracy of 95.5 per cent, which would be high enough for many smartphone applications.

Mr Harrison told the Mail Online: 'We achieved high input accuracy in the lab with about one error in 20 key presses, which is similar to what you might find on an iPhone keyboard.'

Twenty volunteers who have tested the system said they found it easy to navigate. The researchers added that Skinput also works well when the user is walking or running.

There are many potential markets for the device. Mr Harrison said: 'One example is an audio player on your upper arm. Perhaps it has no buttons at all, and only uses the skin as the finger input canvas.

'You could then just tap your fingers to advance to the next song, change the volume, or pause the current song. You wouldn't even need a projector for most of these types of interactions.'

The researchers plan to present their work in April at the Computer-Human Interaction meeting in Atlanta, Georgia.

Today, I want to share you about how to create email signature at your yahoo mail. Sometimes, we want to write a letter by using email and put our signature but we do not now how to give it there. Here are the way to create email signature at yahoo mail, hope it will help you.

1. You have to log in first into your yahoo ( email account )

2. Click the options link in the top right of the screen. Then the screen will change to the mail option screen.

3. you must Scroll down keeping an eye on the right side of the screen (under Management) for a link named Signature.

4. Then Click the Signature link. Screen changes to the Signature screen.

5. In the empty text box type the information you wish to have in your email signature.

6. Click in the checkbox beside Add signature to all outgoing mail under the text box where you just typed your email signature.

Piuhhhh finally, Ladies and Gentlemen. I have finished my presentation last night about Writing and TEFL. The finishing of presentation last night made me feel so glad, because I did it with hard work, sweat, and sacrifice.. hahhahaha…

I can totally realize it's possible that the presentation finish on time, because I really have difficulty to share my time between works and learn at collage. I work every day from Monday until Saturday, from 6 o’clock in the morning until 3.30 in the afternoon. I really happy that I can finish my assignment on time. Maybe, you think this is simple, but for me, when I finish my assignment, I fell I get the fabulous gift and I fell so glad.

I once searched the material of the presentation by using the keyword as I have typed about at GOOGLE, but I felt less satisfied knowing that the sites which GOOGLE brought me to do really real as what I really need. I didn’t give up, I tried and tried, finally I found something that I won’t.

So, that's why people. I offer you to work hard, don’t waste your time. For me if I have more time and not need work to get money for learn, I will study more often. Be discipline in life, patient, work hard and pray will make you better that before.

Computer Skills in Context

by Michael B. Eisenberg and Doug Johnson

There is clear and widespread agreement among the public and educators that all students need to be proficient computer users or "computer literate." However, while districts are spending a great deal of money on technology, there seems to be only a vague notion of what computer literacy really means. Can the student who operates a computer well enough to play a game, send e-mail or surf the Web be considered computer literate? Will a student who uses computers in school only for running tutorials or an integrated learning system have the skills necessary to survive in our society? Will the ability to do basic word processing be sufficient for students entering the workplace or post-secondary education?

Clearly not. In too many schools, teachers and students still use computers only as the equivalent of expensive flash cards, electronic worksheets, or as little more than a typewriter. The productivity side of computer use in the general content area curriculum is neglected or grossly underdeveloped (Moursund, 1995).

Recent publications by educational associations are advocating for a more meaningful use of technology in schools (ISTE, 2000). Educational technologists are clearly describing what students should know and be able to do with technology. They are advocating integrating computer skills into the content areas, proclaiming that computer skills should not be taught in isolation and that separate "computer classes" do not really help students learn to apply computer skills in meaningful ways. There is increasing recognition that the end result of computer literacy is not knowing how to operate computers, but to use technology as a tool for organization, communication, research, and problem solving. This is an important shift in approach and emphasis.

Moving from teaching isolated technology skills to an integrated approach is an important step that takes a great deal of planning and effort. Fortunately, we have a model for doing so. Over the past 25 years, library media professionals have worked hard to move from teaching isolated "library skills" to teaching integrated "information skills." They found that information skills can be integrated effectively when the skills (1) directly relate to the content area curriculum and to classroom assignments, and (2) are tied together in a logical and systematic information process model.

Schools seeking to move from isolated information technology skills instruction will also need to focus on both of these requirements. Successful integrated information skills programs are designed around collaborative projects jointly planned and taught by teachers and library media professionals. Information technology skills instruction can and should be imbedded in such a curriculum. Library media specialists, computer teachers, and classroom teachers need to work together to develop units and lessons that will include both technology skills, information skills, and content-area curriculum outcomes.

A meaningful, unified information technology literacy curriculum must be more than a "laundry list" of isolated skills, such as knowing the parts of the computer, writing drafts and final products with a word processor, and searching for information using the World Wide Web.

While these specific skills are important for students to learn, the "laundry list" approach does not provide an adequate model for students to transfer and apply skills from situation to situation. These curricula address the "how" of computer use, but rarely the "when" or "why." Students may learn isolated skills and tools, but they would still lack an understanding of how those various skills fit together to solve problems and complete tasks. Students need to be able to use computers and other technologies flexibly, creatively and purposefully. All learners should be able to recognize what they need to accomplish, determine whether a computer will help them to do so, and then be able to use the computer as part of the process of accomplishing their task. Individual computer skills take on a new meaning when they are integrated within this type of information problem-solving process, and students develop true "information technology literacy" because they have genuinely applied various information technology skills as part of the learning process.

The curriculum outlined on pages 2-3 of this ERIC Digest, "Technology Skills for Information Problem Solving," demonstrates how technology literacy skills can fit within an information literacy skills context (American Association of School Librarians, 1998). The baseline information literacy context is the Big6 process (see sidebar and Eisenberg & Berkowitz, 1988, 1992, 1999, 2000). The various technology skills are adapted from the International Society for Technology in Education's National Educational Technology Standards for Students (2000) and the Mankato Schools Information Literacy Curriculum Guideline. Students might reasonably be expected to authentically demonstrate these basic computer skills before graduation.

Some technology literacy competencies that may be relevant in some situations include: (1) knowing the basic operation, terminology, and maintenance of equipment, (2) knowing how to use computer-assisted instructional programs, (3) having knowledge of the impact of technology on careers, society, and culture (as a direct instructional objective), and (4) computer programming.

Defining and describing technology skills is only a first step in assuring all our children become proficient information and technology users. A teacher-supported scope and sequence of skills, well designed projects, and effective assessments are also critical. Equally essential is collaboration among classroom teachers, teacher librarians, and technology teachers in order to present students with a unified and integrated approach to ensure that all children master the skills they will need to thrive in an information rich future (Eisenberg & Lowe, 1999).

I got an assignment from my ICT lecture, Mr. Uray. He said that i must found learning groups and tried to posting something about learning. I was happy with this and tried to find some forum about learning. From my friends suggest, I found www.englishclub.com. I tried to explore this website and I think it was good enough for learning. Many things we can share as a learner or a teacher. I started to join it, and tried to ask something about grammar. Not only grammar we can share, in this website we can talked about speaking, writing, and others about English learning. But I got nothing for my Question. There was no reply from the forum. Keracunan Kuku

mhm.. kali ini tentang "keracunan kuku", apakah itu? sebenernya temen2...." keracunan kuku"itu terjadi di ruang lingkup saya dan sahabat terbaik saya si udin alias dini alias umi alias DHZ... saat ini kami berdua sedang dikelilingi oleh orang2 yang mengalami keracunan kuku stadium 6 setengah *itu kata dini *, sampe2 orang orang2 tersebut sudah mengalami keracunan kuku biku.. nyeheheee... iya kan din. Well, keracunan kuku ini seperti virus yang cepat menyebar sehingga membuat sesorang menjadi posesif bahkan sangat luar biasa posesifnya.. tp tenang " keracunan kuku" ini tidak akan menyerang saya dan dini.. kenapa? karena kami sudah punya obat yang ampuh untuk menangkalnya.. ya kan din??.. ada 3 step lho.. hihihihiihi.. tp keracunan kuku tidak sepenuhnya membuat saya khawatir, itu karena saya seneng kok terhadap orang yang "keracunan kuku ". nyehehhehe.

Well dari tadi " keracunan kuku" terus.. apa sih? yang jelas kalo mau tau liat aja kuku anda masing2 ada racunny ng? becanda.. " keracunan kuku" adalah sebuah kata kiasan yang ada di film Laskar Pelangi.. dan sedikit mengenang film itu saya jadi teringat kembali dengan dini, khususnya " harun miliknya". kenangan itu membuat saya tertawa lebar.. wakkakakkakakakk * peace din*. Yang jelas saat ini saya senang dikelilingi oleh orang yang telah mengalami keracunan kuku biku stadium enam setengah.. dan saya harap hal itu bisa terjadi di selama kehidupan yang saya jalani.. HIDUP " KERACUNAN KUKU"

Nah.. ini ni yang ditunggu tunggu kurang dari 2 minggu lagi, my big brother akan segera menikahhhh,, piuhhh.... ng sia2 ne jadi mak comblang,, yahhh walaupun harus bersaudara dengan rena ( hehehheh, taulan din ),,,, senangnya hati tp sekaligus.. abang yang slalu menemani tidurku akhirnya pergi juga menyongsong kehidupan baru didampingi seorang istri yangg cantikkk n baikk hati ( i luph u ).. adikmu yang manis ini mendoakan agar pernikahan kalian langgeng, menjadi keluarga bahagia.. n cepet punya anak biar diriku jadi tante,, hahhahah walaupun di kampus udah dipanggil tante... pokokny udah ng sabar nehh nunggu resepsi, kebaya udah jadi nehh.. tinggal ngepas jakkk, oh iya si udin undangny saye tulis dini/ calon suami... wkakakakakka... siap2 din terima undangan dari saye... eitttt abis abang si kakak kayknya nyusul juga.. heheheheh piuhhhhhhhhh taon yang menyenangkan buat saye... taun 2008 yang indah nemuin belahan jiwa, abang nikah, kakak bakaln nyusull, n dapet temen yang sangat saye cinteeeee.... semoga taun depan lebihhhh jauhhh bahagia dari taon ini.. amin

Lebaran penuh tugas

Berhubung udah kuliah lg, nih tugas banyak banget padahal udah mau libur. Lebaran penuh dengan tugassssssss. Trus mana td ketemu pak Bunau lg, he said "Mahasiswa lama kok jadi mahasiswa baru?" hehehhehe. Btw, akhir2 ini lagi suka neh ma film kolosal Hindi judulnya Jodha n Jalal. Tuh film bagus banget two tumbs up deh, ceritanya tentang Jalaluddin Mohammad Akbar, wuisssssssssss bagus banget sehari bisa 4 kali nontonnya heheheh (maruk banget deh) ampe beli 3 DVD nya. Masuk ke dalam jajaran Film Terfavorit saya, so harus pada nonton juga ya...

Yahhh puasa taon ini ng seindah taon lalu, si kecik elisa sudah melanglang buana ke Canada. Btw rasanya apa ya puasa dan lebaran di negeri orang? Pengen deh suatu saat nanti. Nah, si udin alias dini di jogja sama pak itam, si rena udah berbahagia bersama suami dan anak tercinta. Untung si udin dah pulang lagi ke sini. Wuihhh masih ada la lebaran ini sama2 best friend.

Satu pesan buat si udin jangan sampe dirimu nikah me pak itam, hahahhaa. Yang namenye pak itam tuh kawan baek nye si udin. Sebenarnye seh ngga mau menghina dia, tapi kalo lihat wajahnya pasti mau ngejek dia soalnya ada tulisan minta dihina seh.. heheheh (maaf pak itam, salam beklin).

Well walaupun jauh dari sahabat2 tercinta, yang jelas diriku selalu mengingat dan mendoakan kalian smua....
